All refund requests must be submitted in writing or through a telephone call to our customer service. The request must include the service date, the issue encountered, and any supporting evidence (such as photographs).

Refunds will be considered based on the merit of the case, following an investigation by our team.
2. Service Quality

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, please report the issue within 24 hours of the service completion. Our team will assess the situation and may offer to redo the service at no extra cost or provide a partial or full refund depending on the severity of the issue.

Refund requests based on service quality must be substantiated with evidence that the services were not provided to an acceptable standard.
3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointed time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service date are eligible for a full refund of any prepayments.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee, as stipulated in our Terms and Conditions. This fee may be deducted from any prepayment before refunding the balance.
4. No-show Policy

In cases where Acare Cleaning Services fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification, customers are entitled to a full refund of any prepayment.
5. Refund Processing

Refund requests will be processed promptly, within a specified number of business days after the request is approved (7-10 business days).

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by the customer.
6. Modifications to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review our Refund Policy periodically.
